Originally featured as part of Morgan Spurlock’s scathing documentary about American obesity and McDonald, English’s Super Size Me illustration of a morbidly overweight Ronald McDonald is now available as a transparent vinyl toy. With a visible skeleton, and available in two different colorways, Super Size Me is available here.
