Walter Jacott, aka Chauskoskis, has created this custom ‘Bills Monster’, using a Teddy Troop base. A brilliant piece of custom work, it’s almost impossible to see the Teddy Troop base after all the work that Jacott has put into it. Absolutely amazing.
